American Saver is a discount savings program including our website, www.americansaver.com and mobile app, specifically designed to help businesses bring in more customers and sales, schools and nonprofits raise funds, and the community save money, while also supporting several national charities including Make-A-Wish Foundation®, U.S. Hunger Relief Organization | Feeding America®, American Cancer Society, Operation Homefront and ASPCA…so everyone wins!
Ric Mandelbaum, our Founder and CEO, has accumulated years of experience in marketing and advertising, as well as publishing and barter. He also built a previous business which was sold to a billion dollar corporation. He has worked with Chrysler Corporation, billboard companies, TV and radio stations, ADVO, and several cruise lines including Princess and Carnival Cruise Lines. While based in Los Angeles, Ric developed couponing programs for Ralphs Grocery Company, Fred Meyer, Pathmark and others.
We now have over 300,000 local and national merchants who participate in our program by offering discounts through American Saver. The membership retails for $30. Membership sellers receive a generous commission for every membership they sell.
American Saver members can also use their membership, through our website www.americansaver.com, for purchasing discount tickets for major movie theater chains and theme parks, including Disney, Universal Studios, and many others, as well as great discounts for restaurants, retailers, services, travel and entertainment. Using the American Saver membership only 1-2 times a year can more than recoup the $30 spent.
